Refund policy

At SelectXI, all Mystery Football Shirt Box orders are final sale due to the nature of our mystery box product. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at selectxico@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
